qualification

The chef's assistant performs additional and helpful work during hot and cold kitchen work. His job is to help the cooks in their work. He carries out his daily work activities based on the instructions of his superiors. His specific tasks include the cleaning and preparation of raw materials and raw materials used in catering production. Cleans, peels, cuts, slices and prepares vegetables and fruits for cooking and baking. It is his responsibility to keep the kitchen clean and adhere to hygiene standards. In all cases, he performs his work and tasks with great care and precision.
