The vegetable and fruit handler properly classifies the imported and freshly picked vegetables and fruits, ensuring that their quality is maintained. He washes and cleans them as needed, and then packs them according to the customer’s specifications. Store the packaged goods at the right temperature and humidity until further delivery. Manages administrations of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as used auxiliary materials. He keeps the work area and himself clean and hygienic.
